Emma Doherty, Solicitor
Emma’s main areas of practice include employment law and litigation. Emma graduated from Ulster University in 2015 with a 2:1 in Law. Directly after, Emma opted to further her studies by undertaking a master’s degree in Commercial Law, for which she was awarded a Distinction and the overall top mark in her class.
After completing her master’s degree, Emma worked as an Analyst for a leading professional Services firm and was involved in a range of compliance and regulatory projects, based both in Northern Ireland and overseas. In 2018, Emma commenced her training to become a Solicitor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. During her time at the IPLS, Emma achieved excellent marks and was awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Studies. Emma’s strong advocacy skills also secured her a place in the final of the IPLS Advocacy Competition.
Emma joined the firm in 2020 for the remainder of her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in September of that year.Connect on LinkedIn
