Niamh McCauley

Niamh graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an Honours degree in French and Spanish. She followed this by undertaking a Master’s degree in International Business Law and then a Graduate Diploma in Law.

Niamh joined Napier Solicitors in 2022 and during her time with the firm she has trained as a solicitor while completing her professional qualifications at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. 

Niamh’s main areas of practice are litigation (acting for both plaintiffs and defendants) and employment law. She has extensive experience of acting for commercial and public sector clients, including those in the education field. She works closely with key clients such as BT, Royal Mail, the Education Authority and the Council for Catholic Maintained Schools.
