Gemma Jackson

Gemma qualified in England and Wales in 2010 and has over 17 years’ experience in insolvency and commercial dispute resolution. She trained and practiced at one of the top 10 most highly recommended LB100 law firms before working as a Senior Insolvency Consultant in HM Revenue & Customs. Gemma joined Napier Solicitors in 2019 after relocating to Northern Ireland with her family.

She has a wealth of experience in personal and corporate insolvency, directors’ disqualification, professional negligence and commercial litigation. Her diverse career background allows her to provide rounded legal advice to a range of clients, including Insolvency Practitioners, creditors, debtors, directors, and lenders.

Gemma regularly represents the firm’s clients in the High Court.

Gemma tutors the Insolvency module at Queens University's Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Her cross-qualification and public sector experience adds an extra dimension to the firm’s accomplished insolvency team.
