Brigid Napier

Brigid has been practising in the area of Insolvency and Commercial Litigation for over 35 years.  She was one of Northern Ireland’s first solicitor-qualified Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and is a Notary Public. 

Brigid is the only Northern Ireland lawyer ranked for three consecutive years in Band One for Personal Insolvency in the UK by Chambers & Partners.  She has been described as the “doyenne of personal solvency in Northern Ireland” and as “second to none in her ability to review documentation, make recommendation and makes things happen”. 

Brigid was a Council member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland between 2017 and 2025 and served as the Society's President in its 2022 centenary year. 

Brigid received the “Best in Professional Services Award” from Women in Business and was awarded Advanced Coaching status by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
